Those Indian nationals, who wish to go overseas for the purpose of employment, need to get an emigration clearance. Prior to this, they have to clear an emigration check that establishes whether a person is mentally and physically fit to go abroad or not. The emigration office also reviews whether the country where the candidate intends to go for employment is safe for him or not.
