Fill-able Form for the Addition of a new Class of Vehicle to a Driving License

The form for Post- Matric Scholarship to Other Backward Classes which is sponsored by Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment can be downloaded and sent to Minorities and Other Backward Classes Department of Manipur. Name of OBC applicant, nationality, address, DOB, details of previous scholarships received, etc. are to be provide by the applicant along with a declaration by head of institution.
