This proposal is intended to establish Renaissance Cultural Complexes in every district in order to provide an overview of our cultural characteristics and disseminate information about the States' cultural and renaissance history.

The scheme seeks to promote awareness on the rich cultural heritage of Kerala and to strengthen cultural forms of Kerala. Under it, various projects are implemented towards developing a cultural map for the tangible and intangible heritage of Kerala, creating conservation awareness among the public and holding through 'Paithrukolsavams' and cultural exchange programmes in and outside the Country.
