This form is used for applying renewal of North Eastern Council (NEC) Stipend & Book-grant i.e. given to candidate obtaining any course under North Eastern Council. In return the head of the Institution fills up the other two parts of this form for approval of the above mentioned cause. Students from Nagaland can apply for Merit scholarship. The scholarship is only applicable to local students who secure 60 percent in class 10/12/Degree examination. If a Non-Local who comes out within the Top Ten of the NBSE exam, then he/she is eligible to apply for this scholarship.
