This form is to be used by students to apply for duplicate certificate can apply for Class X and XII certificates. NBSE requires a student to furnish various details such as newspaper advertisement, scanned copy of FIR Certificate, Proof of identity etc which will be validated by the Department to issue a Duplicate Certificate. The Duplicate Certificate is issued by the Nagaland Board of School Education for class VIII, IX, X & XII.
