SAKSHAM is an optimised Learning Management Information System to enhance knowledge through short courses prepared by national and global experts. Healthcare workers and administrators can utilise SAKSHAM to acquire globally relevant knowledge at their own comfort and pace from anywhere across the country without consuming the work hours. It is envisioned to be utilised for all blended learning programs in the future.

This policy is useful for all the entities who wants to participate in the ABDM ecosystem either as health information creator of the Data Principal (HIP) or any other any entity which requests access to health information of the Data Principal (HIU).
