Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI) has established Integrated Grievances Management System (Bima Bharosa) in the year 2010 through which IRDAI monitors disposal of Policyholder Grievances across the industry. Policyholder can also complaint online through Bima Bharosa and view the status of his/her complaint online.
