The Backward Classes Welfare Department of West Bengal has pioneered a lot of provisions and programmes for development of the backward classes in the state. Users can download documents on Constitutional provisions like the Special Provision of the Constitution of India, Constitution Scheduled Castes Order 1950 and Constitution Scheduled Tribes Order 1950 among others and avail the services. The Scheduled Tribes and Other Traditional Forest Dwellers (Recognition of Forest Rights) Rules of 2008 is also available.
