Ordnance Factories Institute of Learning, Khamaria was established as Regional Training Institute, Khamaria (RTI,KH) on 1st April, 1996 by O.F. Board, Kolkata (Govt. of India, Ministry of Defence Production & Supplies) and subsequently renamed as Ordnance Factories Institute of Learning Khamaria, Jabalpur , for imparting training to and undertaking developmental activities in respect of Group B and C employees employed in 06 regional Ordnance Factories (GCF, VFJ, GIF, OFK, OFKAT, OFIT) and allied establishments in MP region.
