A Personal Health Record (PHR) application enables a user to provide consent for sharing and linking their personal health records with various healthcare providers. ABDM is partnering with multiple software providers to develop ABDM compliant PHR Applications such as Arogya Setu, and Driefcase. The complete list can be found under the Partner Section on this portal. ABDM (Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission) has rolled out its own PHR application called ABHA Healthrecords Application through which patients can maintain and manage their health records.
