National Urban Livelihoods Mission (NULM) under Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs aims to reduce poverty and vulnerability of the urban poor households by enabling them to access gainful self-employment and skilled wage employment opportunities. Users can access mission document, guidelines, minutes of the meeting, presentations, letters, office memorandums, etc. Guidelines for employment through skill training & placement, social mobilization & institution development, capacity building & training, self-employment programme, shelter for urban homeless and support to urban street vendors are also available.
