North-Eastern Hill University (NEHU) is a central university located in Shillong, Meghalaya, India. Established in 1973, it serves the educational needs of the northeastern region of India.

The Vidyalaya is fully equipped with all the necessities accepting the challenge of fast moving and changing educational system of the global world. Our main objective is to inject the spirit of National Integration among the children to make them true citizens of the nation.

The vidyalaya was established in 1996 in 4.083 Hectors of land at Port Bair. The vidyalaya is under the civil sector and has an enrollment of 1535 as on date comprising 785 boys and 750 girls. It is a three section school from I to X and has four sections XI and XII classes offering Science, Commerce and Humanities streams.

The Training Partners shall set up the Training Centres in the selected Gram Panchayats with the appropriate manpower and requisite and infrastructure.

Kendriya Vidyalayas came into existence in 1963 to provide uninterrupted education to the wards of the Central Government employees who move from one linguistic area to another.

Kendriya Vidyalaya, Bijapur was established on 8th August 2017 as a Civil Sector School. The school functions with one section from class I to VI with a strength of 236 students and 11 staff. The Vidyalaya is situated five Kms away from the city of Bijapur, in the Lap of Nature surrounded by mountains and trees with a natural serene atmosphere.

The Vidyalaya campus has ample space of recreation, rest and fresh air. An ideal place for purposeful academic pursuits and mental growth. State-of-the-art classrooms Class rooms are redesigned to the demands of the changing paradigms and innovations in educational practices and precepts. There are 38 class rooms for students of classes 1 to 12.
