The Form FC-9 Intimation to the Central Government of Receipt of Foreign Contribution received by a candidate for Election (section 21 of the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, 2010 (42 of 2010) is provided. Every Candidate for election shall intimate to the Central Government, within 45 days from the date on which he is duly nominated as a candidate for election, the details of the foreign contribution received by him, any time within 180 days immediately preceding the date of his nomination, in Form FC-9.
