    MeitY provides financial support as grant-in-aid to academic and R&D organizations for projects/schemes for undertaking research/development as also to organization/professional bodies for arranging Conference/Workshop/Seminar/ Symposia in the areas of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) and its allied areas.
