This policy is a guidance document to set out the minimum standard for data privacy protection that should be followed by all the participants/stakeholders of the ABDM ecosystem. It is a first step in realizing ABDM's guiding principle of "Security & Privacy by Design" for the protection of individual's personal digital health data.
