A web based eye care delivery system aim to support vision center functioning and management of patient data in a digital format. The system also serves as teleophthalmology tool which helps the patients to get speciality eye care service at there nearby vision center,which saves patients testing time,travel time as well as cost of the service. Patients demographic data and medical records can be synchronised with existing digital data and makes patient referral easy,thereby saves patients and ophthalmologist time.
