E-Learning is a learning system based on formalized teaching with the help of electronic resources such as computers, tablets and cellular phones connected to the internet. It makes easy for users to learn anytime and anywhere. E-Learning contains visuals, apart from holding the attention of the student, are also retained by the brain for longer periods.

Kendriya Vidyalaya, Sivaganga, Tamilnadu was established in the year 2009 under the aegis of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, an autonomous body under the Ministry of Education. Kendriya Vidyalaya No.3, ONGC, Surat, Gujarat was established in the year 1993 under the aegis of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, an autonomous body under the Ministry of Education.

Department of School Education and Literacy is implementing an Umbrella Scheme for Providing Quality Education to Madrasas/Minorities (SPEMM) which comprises of two schemes namely Scheme for Providing Quality Education in Madrasas (SPQEM) and Infrastructure Development of Minority Institutes (IDMI). The scheme is being implemented at the national level.
