The scheme seeks to promote awareness on the rich cultural heritage of Kerala and to strengthen cultural forms of Kerala. Under it, various projects are implemented towards developing a cultural map for the tangible and intangible heritage of Kerala, creating conservation awareness among the public and holding through 'Paithrukolsavams' and cultural exchange programmes in and outside the Country.
