The Medical Record Section maintains the comprehensive data of patients of the hospital in a way that facilitates scientific preservation and smooth retrieval of record for future use. Recognizing its importance, a full-fledged department with adequate space was set up in the OPD building. Computerization of the medical records was started in the year 2000. Presently, all records of Indoor and OPD patients are systematically preserved and updated in computerized format.
