    The Mizoram (Pension for Members of the Defunct Mizo District Council and the Defunct Pawi- Lakher Regional Council) (Third Amendment) Act, 2005 is made to further amend the Mirozam (Pension for members of the Defunct Mizo District Council and of the Pawi-Lakher Regional Council) Act 1994 (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act). Various amendments made to the principal Act are provided in the document.
