Kendriya Vidyalaya Narangi is one of the premier schools in Guwahati, under the aegis of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan. The school was established in 1971 under Defence Sector. It is situated in Army Cantt Narangi that is about 12 Km from Guwahati Railway Station and 39 km from Lokapriya Gopinath Bordoloi International Air-Port.

As a part of the Malaviya Mission 111 institutions have been identified. These centres will be called as Malaviya Mission Teacher Training Centres (MMTTC). Furthermore, the scheme is being designed to implement some of the recommendations and aims of the policy, which suggests some key changes to the current higher education system to revamp and reenergize it and thereby deliver high-quality higher education, with equity and inclusion.

Kendriya Vidyalaya, Guntur (Affiliated number 100014) was established on August 15, 1980 in the Hindu College Campus and later the school was transferred to its permanent new building on December 8, 1991. It is located in Nalapadu, on the left side of Guntur-Narasaraopet road, 10 kilometers from the railway station Guntur and 12 km away from the APSRTC bus stand Guntur.

Kendriya Vidyalaya CRPF, Prayagraj was established in the year 2009 under the aegis of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, an autonomous body under the Ministry of Education.

Rourkela Steel Plant is the sponsoring authority of Kendriya Vidyalaya Rourkela. It caters to all the educational needs of the children of Rourkela Steel Plant exclusively. It also provides seats to needy children of the vicinity under the Right to Education Act as per the provision of Govt. of India.

Kendriya Vidyalaya Karauli was established in the year 2004 under the aegis of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, an autonomous body under the Ministry of Education.
