This is an application form of Tamil Nadu General Sales Tax Rules Form ( Form XI) for declaration under rule 45 of Tamil Nadu General Sales Tax Rules, 1959.

The owner of the place where the alternations of lift is to be made, has to ensure that the Lift Erection company is approved by Chief Electrical Inspector, Fill up and submit the form

This is an application form for the Tamil Nadu General Sales Tax Rules (Form IX) for declaring the name of those jointly and severally responsible for the payment of tax, fee or other amount leviable under the Act.

The owner of the place who is permitted to erect a Lift, on completion of erection shall apply for a license, by filling up the form-C, form-D, form-E and submitting it to Respective Divisional Electrical Inspector.

This application form for authentication of documents is provided by Revenue Department of Tamil Nadu. Foreign Governments and organisations sometimes require documents be authenticated before acceptance.
