Padho Pardesh - An Interest Subsidy scheme on educational loans for overseas studies intends to promote educational advancement of students from minority communities. The interest subsidy under the scheme shall be available to the eligible students only once. As per guidelines provided by Ministry of Minority Affairs, 35% seats will be earmarked for girl students. In case of non-availability of girl students, seats can be transferred to boys students.
