Eligibility for Resident Voter's Registration

Any citizen over the age of 18 on the qualifying date (1st January of the concerned year, unless disqualified is eligible to be enrolled) irrespective of caste, creed, religion or gender.

Only persons who are of unsound mind and have been declared so by a competent court or disqualified due to 'Corrupt Practices' or offences relating to elections are not entitled to be registered in the electoral rolls.

In case of any mistakes in age, name spelling or address, you can apply to make corrections in the Electoral Roll.

Search Polling Stations

Information about Polling stations, Election officer's names and contact phone numbers are given on the website of Election Commission of India - External website that opens in a new window .

To search for Polling Stations:

  • Select the State and District / Assembly Constituency / Polling Station.
  • Click on "Click Here" button to view specific polling station pin/ a balloon on the map.
  • Click on the balloon/pin to view names and contact numbers of CEOs, DEOs, EROs and BLOs.
  • A link to view electoral roll in PDF format is also provided.

  • Assistant Returning Officer at Taluka/Tahsil Level
