The Uttarakhand State policy seeks to achieve the twin goals of bringing the full power of ICT&E within the reach of the state and harnessing the capability and human resources of the state to enable Uttarakhand to emerge as the Global/National Hub and destination for ICT, ITES and Electronic Manufacturing Services by 2025.
