Arunachal Pradesh State Council for Science & Technology (APSCS&T) was established in the year 1992 to cater to the need of Science & Technological requirements of the state and to advise government on policies and measures necessary to promote utilization of Science and Technology for achieving the socio-economic objectives of the state.
