Central Ayurveda Research Institute (CARI) Bengaluru is one of the peripheral Institutes of Central Council for Research in Ayurvedic Sciences, Ministry of AYUSH. It was established as Regional Research Centre in 1971 and subsequently, it was known as Regional Research Institute from 1999 and National Ayurveda Dietetics Research Institute from 2010 upto 2020.
