Central Sanskrit University, formerly known as Rashtriya Sanskrit Sansthan, is a premier institution dedicated to the promotion and preservation of Sanskrit language and literature in India. It is located in New Delhi and operates under the Ministry of Education, Government of India. The university was granted the status of a Central University in 2020.
