Users can find information e-Granthalaya, Libraries Network, New Delhi and its various functions. National Informatics Centre (NIC) has taken initiative to setup a Libraries Network to bring all the libraries under an umbrella. NIC is keen to extend ICT support to these libraries, especially the Ministries, Departments and Public Libraries in India.
