Kendriya Vidyalaya Kanpur began its academic flight as an institute of higher learning sector Vidyalaya in 1965. Since its inception this citadel has not only expanded and flourished in various spheres of education but has also establish its merit and name in the region and the nation in the fields of academic results, literary activities, games and sports.

Kendriya Vidyalaya No.1, Patiala Cantt. is a prestigious vidyalaya, not only the Chandigarh Region but also in Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan as a whole. Year after year, it is achieving excellence in academics, games and sports, co-curricular activities and many other activities.

Kendriya Vidyalaya No.1 Tirupati was established in the year 1965. Spread in a sprawling area of 13 acres, the Vidyalaya has a single block with 40 class rooms and 4 playgrounds.
