Karnataka State Seed Certification Agency (KSSCA), was established in the year 1974 under Section-8 of the Seeds Act 1966 as an autonomous body and registered under the Karnataka Societies Registration Act 1960 with the objectives of regulating the quality of seeds certified in the State.
