Kendriya Vidyalaya was established in 1992. It is a Government School and is part of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) and is managed by Civil.

Kendriya Vidyalaya Deoria, Varanasi was established in the year 2008 under the aegis of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, an autonomous body under the Ministry of Education.

The scheme envisages award of one lakh fresh scholarships every year to selected students of class IX and their continuation/renewal in classes X to XII for study in a State Government, Government-aided and Local body schools under the scheme.

Kendriya Vidyalaya No.1 Kalaikunda was established in the year 1967 primarily to cater to the need of education for the children of defence persons. The Vidyalaya is situated at a distance of 16 kms from Kharagpur railway station. At present 1700 students are studying from classes I to XII. The scheme of pre-primary education has been taken up from the session 2002-2003.

Kendriya Vidyalaya, Mahe was established during the academic year 2008-2009 .It is a civil sector school. The school started functioning on 09-07-08 with classes from I to V with one section each.

Kendriya Vidyalaya Akampat, Tinsukia under the aegis of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, an autonomous body under the Ministry of Education. The Vidyalaya is situated in Khurai Lamlong Imphal East district of Manipur and it is a Single Section Civil Sector Vidyalaya from class I to VII

Kendriya Vidyalaya Fort William, Kolkata was established in 1965 and imparts education from class I to XII. The school is having 4 sections from class I to X. The Senior Secondary section of Vidyalaya is also having 4 sections - two sections of Science, one section of Commerce and one of Humanities.
