Kendriya Vidyalaya Namrup, Assam was established in the year 1982 in a permanent structure which is fully completed in 1985 in a sprawling campus of 14 acres near Namrup College in the sector E of BVFCL Colony Namrup, under the patronage of then HFC (now BVFCL).
