Kendriya Vidyalaya Aizawl, Mizoram was established in the year 1982 under the aegis of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, an autonomous body under the Ministry of Education.

Kendriya Vidyalaya No. 2 Ahmednagar was established in the year 1985 with the view to provide higher education for the escape of the defense personnel. The schools established in the defense sector meet the children of defense and especially the paramilitary personnel and in general the need of education of temporary population, along with those of other departments of Central and State Governments.

Kendriya Vidyalaya Koraput has well equipped and well maintained science labs namely the physics, chemistry, biology which are used by senior students and mathematics and science which are used by junior students.

Kendriya Vidyalaya Air Force Station, Makarpura, Vadodara was established in the year 1983 under the aegis of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, an autonomous body under the Ministry of Education.

Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan is an autonomous organization under the Ministry of Education. Ever since its inception in 1965, it has been the endeavor of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan to pursue excellence and set pace in the field of school education.

Kendriya Vidyalaya No.2 Colaba, Mumbai was established in the year 1978 under the aegis of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, an autonomous body under the Ministry of Education.

Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya is situated at Panikoili, which is 18 K.M. from Jajpur Road and 25 K.M. from Jajpur Town. This Vidyalaya is established during the session 2006-07 and has been functioning from 2006. Now the Vidyalaya is functioning from Class VI to XII in Permanent site.
