Kendriya Vidyalaya Bettiah, Patna was established in the year 2003 under the aegis of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, an autonomous body under the Ministry of Education.

Kendriya Vidyalaya Bhel Jagdishpur a Project sector (BHEL) school was established in August, 1984. Kendriya Vidyalaya, No 1, Binnaguri was started in the year 1973 in Binnaguri Cantonment. Since then it has crossed many milestones and touched the pinnacles of success. The Vidyalaya has Classes from I to XII with Science and Humanity Streams. The Vidyalaya has maintained high academic standards in AISSE & AISSCE Examination.

Kendriya Vidyalaya No.1 Kalaikunda was established in the year 1967 primarily to cater to the need of education for the children of defence persons. The Vidyalaya is situated at a distance of 16 kms from Kharagpur railway station. At present 1700 students are studying from classes I to XII. The scheme of pre-primary education has been taken up from the session 2002-2003.

Kendriya Vidyalaya, Mahe was established during the academic year 2008-2009 .It is a civil sector school. The school started functioning on 09-07-08 with classes from I to V with one section each.
