Kendriya Vidyalaya Burdwan was established in the year 1994 by the sincere efforts of the M.P Shri Sudhir Roy at the C.C.C Complex Alamganj, temporarily. The Vidyalaya has been shifted to its own building at Kamal Sayer (Goda) from July 2004.
