Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, an autonomous institution under the Ministry of Education, has been a pioneer and pace setter in the field of school education since its establishment in 1964. In-service Education and Training of staff is an integral part of the organisation right from its inception.

Kendriya Vidyalaya, NFC Nagar, Ghatkesar was established in the year 1995. Initially the Vidyalaya started functioning with the modest strength of 120 in the classes I to IV. The Vidyalaya has been recording a sustainable development both in terms of the strength and the standard of the students. At present the Vidyalaya is having a strength of around 860 students in classes I to XII.

Kendriya Vidyalaya Chopan was constructed by the Uttar Pradesh Samaj Kalyan Nigam Ltd. Is situated near the EC Railway Hospital, Chopan. it is running with class XII Science in one section since 2005. The building is equipped with 14 classrooms, 3 labs in Physics, Chemistry and Biology respectively.

The school was established in 1985. From its inception, the school has just one mission - to mould students to become future citizens, who are useful to themselves, to their families, to the society, to the nation and to humanity itself.

Kendriya Vidyalaya Steel Plant, Visakhapatnam was established in the year 1983 under the aegis of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, an autonomous body under the Ministry of Education.

Kendriya Vidyalaya Pusa Samastipur, Patna was established in the year 1989 under the aegis of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, an autonomous body under the Ministry of Education.

Kendriya Vidyalaya Gomti Nagar, Lucknow was established in the year 1988 under the aegis of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, an autonomous body under the Ministry of Education.
