Kendriya Vidyalaya, SK University Campus, Anantapur is a co-ed school managed by Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan. The school is affiliated with the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), New Delhi, under the 10 + 2 scheme of education.

Department of School Education and Literacy is implementing an Umbrella Scheme for Providing Quality Education to Madrasas/Minorities (SPEMM) which comprises of two schemes namely Scheme for Providing Quality Education in Madrasas (SPQEM) and Infrastructure Development of Minority Institutes (IDMI). Kendriya Vidyalaya, Malkapuram, Visakhapatnam was established in the year 1966 to cater to the needs of the defence employees.

Kendriya Vidyalaya Tiruparankundram, Madurai, Tamil Nadu was established in the year 2004 under the aegis of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, an autonomous body under the Ministry of Education.

Moreover the Vidyalaya offers its students a peaceful congenial environment for learning, away from the hustle and bustle of city life. It has classes from I to XII with three sections each up to class IX.
