The Vidyalaya provides opportunities for all round development of the students by giving them ample of opportunities to participate in a variety of activities along with Academics. The Vidyalaya participates in Games, Sports and other activities organized locally and also at Inter Kendriya Vidyalaya level by the Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan.

Kendriya Vidyalaya Karauli was established in the year 2004 under the aegis of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, an autonomous body under the Ministry of Education.

Kendriya Vidyalaya NTPC Badarpur was established in the year 1981 under the aegis of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, an autonomous body under the Ministry of Education.

Kendriya Vidyalaya Dibrugarh, Tinsukia was established in the year 2003 under the aegis of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, an autonomous body under the Ministry of Education.
