Kendriya Vidyalaya Channapatna, Bangalore was established in the year 1983 under the aegis of Kendriya Vidyalaya, an autonomous body under the Ministry of Education.

Kendriya Vidyalaya No.1 Dehu Road, Pune was established in the year 1988 under the aegis of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, an autonomous body under the Ministry of Education.

Kendriya Vidyalaya No.1 Kalaikunda was established in the year 1967 primarily to cater to the need of education for the children of defence persons. The Vidyalaya is situated at a distance of 16 kms from Kharagpur railway station. At present 1700 students are studying from classes I to XII. The scheme of pre-primary education has been taken up from the session 2002-2003.

Kendriya Vidyalaya, Guntur (Affiliated number 100014) was established on August 15, 1980 in the Hindu College Campus and later the school was transferred to its permanent new building on December 8, 1991. It is located in Nalapadu, on the left side of Guntur-Narasaraopet road, 10 kilometers from the railway station Guntur and 12 km away from the APSRTC bus stand Guntur.

Kendriya Vidyalaya Tanhril, Mizoram was established in the year 1977 under the aegis of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, an autonomous body under the Ministry of Education.

Kendriya Vidyalaya Fort William, Kolkata was established in 1965 and imparts education from class I to XII. The school is having 4 sections from class I to X. The Senior Secondary section of Vidyalaya is also having 4 sections - two sections of Science, one section of Commerce and one of Humanities.

Kendriya Vidyalaya Nagaon, Assam, established in 1979 and presently functioning at Polytechnique College, Ratanpur near Panigaon Chariali. It is one of the 42 KVs operating under the Guwahati region. During all these years the school has given better results than some of its well equipped counterparts.
