Through the KAPILA Kalam Programme, the government will spread awareness with the help of educational programs about the importance of patenting an invention, to lead India towards self-reliance. It aims to tap the resources in the field of Intellectual Property to come ahead with their inventions and blend it towards Patents.

Kendriya Vidyalaya, Sector-25, Rohini, was opened on 01-04-2003. It has created its own niche in the field of academic, discipline, and co-curricular activities, imparting value based quality education. This Vidyalaya is at present functioning in Civil Sector and Approximately 1.2 Kms from rithala Metro Station. School was started with the strength of 265 and at present there are approximately 1054 students.

Kendriya Vidyalaya Samba is 1/2 Km. interior to National Highway1-A. It is in Cantonment area. It is in the midst of lush green environment providing a tranquil and conducive atmosphere for study. Vidyalaya was established on 17th July 1979 in Defence Sector with 2 section each from classes I-V .

Kendriya Vidyalaya ONGC Dehradun holds high, the esteem and pride of being one of the premier institutes of Dehradun. The Vidyalaya Management Committee (VMC) manages the school at Local level and is headed by GGM(HCA) ,ONGC as its Chairman. The Principal holds the responsibility of the Executive Head of the Vidyalaya.
