Information about the Board of Practical Training (Eastern Region) is provided. Board of Practical Training (Eastern Region) set up by the Government of India under the Ministry of Human Resource Development. It's mission to facilitate the freshly passed out graduates and diploma holders in engineering technology for acquiring practical training in Industries / Organizations and thus to make them more employable.

Kendriya Vidyalaya Aizawl, Mizoram was established in the year 1982 under the aegis of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, an autonomous body under the Ministry of Education.

Kendriya Vidyalaya No. 2 Ahmednagar was established in the year 1985 with the view to provide higher education for the escape of the defense personnel. The schools established in the defense sector meet the children of defense and especially the paramilitary personnel and in general the need of education of temporary population, along with those of other departments of Central and State Governments.

Kendriya Vidyalaya Koraput has well equipped and well maintained science labs namely the physics, chemistry, biology which are used by senior students and mathematics and science which are used by junior students.

Kendriya Vidyalaya Darjipura, Vadodara was established in the year 2010 under the aegis of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, an autonomous body under the Ministry of Education.

Kendriya Vidyalaya Nagaon, Assam, established in 1979 and presently functioning at Polytechnique College, Ratanpur near Panigaon Chariali. It is one of the 42 KVs operating under the Guwahati region. During all these years the school has given better results than some of its well equipped counterparts.

Kendriya Vidyalaya Bantalab, Jammu was established in the year 1976 under the aegis of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, an autonomous body under the Ministry of Education.
