Kendriya Vidyalaya Jabalpur TFRI, Madhya Pradesh was established in the year 1993 under the aegis of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, an autonomous body under the Ministry of Education.

The Kendriya Vidyalaya Raichur, Karnataka, was established in the year 1999 under the aegis of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan.

Kendriya Vidyalaya Tura, Meghalaya was established in the year 1970 under the aegis of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, an autonomous body under the Ministry of Education.

Kendriya Vidyalaya Kishtwar, Jammu & Kashmir was established in the year 1985 under the aegis of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, an autonomous body under the Ministry of Education.

Kendriya Vidyalaya, Rohtak came into existence in salubrious environs in the month of June, 1995 to provide an opportunity to the children of the area through quality education. It is a Civil Sector Vidyalaya. Affiliated to Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), it is a co-educational school which seeks to promote unity in diversity.

Kendriya Vidyalaya, Embassy of India, Kathmandu, is one of the three Kendriya Vidyalayas located abroad and the other two are Moscow and in Tehran. These schools require the education of the children of employees working in Indian Missions and other bodies. It is a civil sector school. Kendriya Vidyalaya Kathmandu was established in the year 1973 under the Indian Cooperative Mission(ICM).
