Online Teaching, Learning and Assessment System (OTLAS) is a computer application embedded in Web Portal/Mobile App under Nav Bharat Saksharta Karyakramme (ULLAS) developed by National Informatics Centre (NIC). Kendriya Vidyalaya, Kohima was established in the year 1999 upto Class V and now upgraded to Class X.
