Kendriya Vidyalaya No. 2 Ahmednagar was established in the year 1985 with the view to provide higher education for the escape of the defense personnel. The schools established in the defense sector meet the children of defense and especially the paramilitary personnel and in general the need of education of temporary population, along with those of other departments of Central and State Governments.

Kendriya Vidyalaya No.2 AFS Jodhpur, Jaipur was established in the year 1983 under the aegis of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, an autonomous body under the Ministry of Education.

Kendriaya Vidyalaya IIT was established in the year 1964 with the patronage and assistance of IIT Management. Nestling in the greenery of the eco-friendly IIT Campus, the Vidyalaya has been nurtured by the parental care of the IIT authorities and today is marching confidently towards its desired goal with head held high.

Kendriya Vidyalaya Darjipura, Vadodara was established in the year 2010 under the aegis of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, an autonomous body under the Ministry of Education.

The Vidyalaya came into existence in 1986 under the Ministry of Education. Initially It was started in the campus of famous Rani Shakti Temple and ran for about seven years there and then shifted to the present location-own building-in Sept.1992. It is running as civil sector school, two section school mainly to cater to the needs of wards of Military Personnel-serving or retired , a big number of which belongs to Jhunjhunu District.

Kendriya Vidyalaya Koraput has well equipped and well maintained science labs namely the physics, chemistry, biology which are used by senior students and mathematics and science which are used by junior students.

Kendriya Vidyalaya Tezu, Tinsukia was established in the year 1984 under the aegis of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, an autonomous body under the Ministry of Education.
