Kendriya Vidyalaya Barabanki was established in July 1996. The building of vidyalaya was A-O type. The vidyalaya was established upto class x but the permission was sanctioned to the vidyalaya to open class XI-Science in 2009-2010. The Vidyalaya got permission to start XI-Science in Year 2009-2010 Now it is running upto class xii with science stream.

The Vidyalaya provides opportunities for all round development of the students by giving them ample of opportunities to participate in a variety of activities along with Academics. The Vidyalaya participates in Games, Sports and other activities organized locally and also at Inter Kendriya Vidyalaya level by the Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan.

Kendriya Vidyalaya Harnaut, Bihar was established in the year 1993 under the aegis of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, an autonomous body under the Ministry of Education.

Kendriya Vidyalaya Kanchanbagh (A DRDO PROJECT SCHOOL) is under the Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan. The School comes under the HYDERABAD constituency whose MP is Mr. Asaduddin Owaisi. The School is affiliated to CBSE. There are two sections in each class (from I to XII). The vidyalaya is having Science stream in class XI and XII.

Kendriya Vidyalaya Khetri Nagar, Jhunjhunu was established in the year 1984 under the aegis of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, an autonomous body under the Ministry of Education.

Kendriya Vidyalaya Namrup, Assam was established in the year 1982 in a permanent structure which is fully completed in 1985 in a sprawling campus of 14 acres near Namrup College in the sector E of BVFCL Colony Namrup, under the patronage of then HFC (now BVFCL).
