Kendriya Vidyalaya No.2 AFS Jodhpur, Jaipur was established in the year 1983 under the aegis of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, an autonomous body under the Ministry of Education.

Kendriya Vidyalaya Umaria, Jabalpur was established in the year 1993 under the aegis of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, an autonomous body under the Ministry of Education.

Kendriya Vidyalaya Ukhrul, Manipur was established in the year 2007 under the aegis of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, an autonomous body under the Ministry of Education.

The Vidyalaya came into existence in 1986 under the Ministry of Education. Initially It was started in the campus of famous Rani Shakti Temple and ran for about seven years there and then shifted to the present location-own building-in Sept.1992. It is running as civil sector school, two section school mainly to cater to the needs of wards of Military Personnel-serving or retired , a big number of which belongs to Jhunjhunu District.

Important Milestone of Growth This Vidyalaya started as 3 section school with enrolment of 500 students. In 2004 School has started second shift. Total strength of 2 shifts is about 4500. The Genisis Of The Kv on. 16 Jan 1967 foundation stone was laid by Lt. Gen. Harbaksh Singh. On 8 September 1968 school building was inaugurated by Maj. Gen. S K Korla.

Kendriya Vidyalaya No.2 Vijayawada was established in the year 1988 under civil sector, sponsored by South Central Railway, Secunderabad for the Railway Wagon Work Shop, located 2 Kms from our school and 14 Kms from Vijayawada city.

Kendriya Vidyalaya Patratu was established in the year 1981 for enhancing and providing education to the student. It has its own pucca grand building having spacious classrooms, big library of good books, well equipped computer labs, a leveled playground surrounded by high boundary walls from all sides to provide a safe and suitable environment for all round development of child's personality.
