Kendriya Vidyalaya Sheohar, the first central govt. educational institution in the tiny district of Bihar established on 01.04.2008, in civil sector. It was the brainchild of the than social workers / statesman of Sheohar for catering the educational needs of the peripherial dwellers embedded in river Bagmati basin. It's running in the premises of own permanent building at Vishunpur Kishundeo, Bishahi.

The scheme shall have a flexible approach and innovative methodologies such as involving school and college students and other volunteers of NCC, NSS and NYKS, for imparting Basic Literacy.

Kendriya Vidyalaya, Beawar was established in the year 1993 in a rented old banglow initially sponsered by indian oil corporation, sendra it remained housed in rented accomadation for more than 12 years,where space was a great constraint it shifted to its own beautiful building spread in 13 acre.

Kendriya Vidyalaya Dungarpur, Rajasthan was established in the year 2006-07 under the aegis of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, an autonomous body under the Ministry of Education.
