Kendriya Vidyalaya No. 1, AFS, PUNE came into existence in salubrious environs in the month of September 1965 to provide an opportunity through quality education. A co-educational school with unity in diversity is affiliated to Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). Students take the AISSE (class X) and AISSCE (class XII) Exam in the month of March every year.

Kendriya Vidyalaya Sandhole, Himachal Pradesh was established in the year 2016 under the aegis of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, an autonomous body under the Ministry of Education.

Kendriya Vidyalaya Balrampur, Lucknow was established in the year 1984 under the aegis of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, an autonomous body under the Ministry of Education.

Kendriya Vidyalaya, Sevoke Road was started in the year 1981 in Salugara. Since then it has crossed many milestones and touched the pinnacles of success. The Vidyalaya has Classes from I to XII with Science, Commerce and Arts Streams. The Vidyalaya has maintained high academic standards in AISSE & AISSCE Examination.

The PGI-District is envisaged & developed after the triumph of PGI State with focused objective of assessing districts in six categories namely Outcomes, Effective Classroom Transaction (ECT), Infrastructure, Facilities, Student Entitlements (IF & SE), School Safety and Child Protection (SS &CP), Digital Learning (DL) and Governance Processes (GP) which are further expanded into 12 domains.
