Started in the year 1995 as a single section civil sector school sponsored by the Odisha. Began with only Primary classes from I to V in a Temporary accommodation of NAC Guest house building. Now from 2004 Vidyalaya is functioning in the permanent campus at Gandhi Marg Angul.

National Institute of Technical Teachers' Training and Research, Bhopal is a unique premier institution, established in 1965 by Ministry of Education, Government of India for teacher training and improving quality of entire gamut of Technical Education System.
